I wanted to provide a follow up email to all of you to clarify items that were not specified in my original email. As of 1:00PM, Monday, February 24, 2025 all construction activities related to the GEOS Neighborhood development are under a stop work order. This includes SITE21-00006, SITE22-00005, and SITE23-00002 due to the fact that the activities occurring on site are related and the City can no longer distinguish these activities between the different permits, which is something that will be discussed in our meeting. Please see the updated notice attached.
