Need traffic control plan; Metro submitted traffic control contractor form but is not licensed for that work. Metro will need to add MC-S6 if they are doing the traffic control.

Charis submitted previously approved traffic control plan for this permit. TCP approved by Tom Shaw. Put into attachments. Asked about Colorado Barricade; if they decide to proceed with them will need updated traffic control contractor form.

Metro can install their own traffic control on this permit without MC-S6. Metro is noted as traffic control contractor on their permit application. TCP was previously approved by Tom Shaw. Still need pavement design prior to paving per dev engineer comments.

Contractor needs to coordinate with engineer when they are going to be milling and paving so that we can get the road closure approved. We will need a min of 5 business days notice to close the road down.

Need asphalt mix designs submitted and approved prior to scheduling inspections/work progressing on this permit. CDOT S & SX mix designs.
